1. Introduction Thank you for shopping at Durham Dressing. We understand that sometimes you may need to return a product. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Our products can be returned within 14 days of the original purchase.

2. Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 14 days.
  • The product is in its original packaging and has not been opened.

3. Non-returnable Items Please note that we cannot accept returns of products that have been used or damaged unless the product is faulty.

4. Initiating a Return To return a product, please follow these steps:

  • We will provide you with specific instructions on how and where to send the returned product.

Products sent back to us without prior notification will not be accepted for return.

5. Shipping Charges You are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us. Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

6. Damaged or Faulty Products If you received a product that is faulty, please contact us immediately for assistance. Faulty items can be returned and will be fully refunded, including any shipping costs associated with the return.

7. Refund Process Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. It may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to appear on your credit card statement or original method of payment.
